What is TLP?
TLP is a relational leadership model designed by Dr. John Townsend, combining proven tools with the power of safe, consistent group connection.
Participants develop both the inner capacity and practical skills to lead well — at work, at home, and within themselves.

Our Role as TLP Group Leaders
Dennis and Kimber lead multiple TLP groups designed for a range of budgets, schedules, and goals.
Together, they bring both psychological depth and relational warmth — creating spaces where professionals can grow in safety and honesty.
Group Options:
Hybrid: In-person (Orange County) + online gatherings
In-Person: Small group co-led by Dennis and Kimber
Program Structure:
Monthly small group sessions (limited to 10 participants)
Individual coaching each month
Teaching, feedback, and accountability integrated into every meeting
