Our Role as TLP Group Leaders

Dennis and Kimber lead multiple TLP groups designed for a range of budgets, schedules, and goals.
Together, they bring both psychological depth and relational warmth — creating spaces where professionals can grow in safety and honesty.

Group Options:

  • Hybrid: In-person (Orange County) + online gatherings

  • In-Person: Small group co-led by Dennis and Kimber

Program Structure:

  • Monthly small group sessions (limited to 10 participants)

  • Individual coaching each month

  • Teaching, feedback, and accountability integrated into every meeting

  • Grounded in Dr. Townsend’s Growth Model
